The Great Cycle Challenge 2020

This October the whole team at Cairns Psychology Group got on their bikes and rode over 6,000 km to raise money to fight children’s cancer

In Australia, 3 children die of cancer every week.

One month, one goal

This October, the whole team at Cairns Psychology Group (plus one partner) took part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids’ cancer! Our team, the Cycologicals, rode over 6,000 km and raised $8,750 to support research into children’s’ cancer.

Why did we do this? Because right now, cancer is the largest single killer of children from disease in Australia – over 600 children are diagnosed with cancer every year and sadly, 3 die every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

And so our team, the Cycologicals, rode to raising funds to support the Children’s Medical Research Institute to continue their work into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Thank you to all of those who supported our challenge by donating money to the Children’s Medical Research Institute and providing us with encouragement and support.

Together, we can save little lives.

Thank you for your support
